Jacob Magoro
Learning and Development Manager
Jacob (also known as Mr Awesome) has over 13 years’ experience in the financial sector (debt collection) both in South African and International contingency and principal portfolios and the learning and development industry. His experience consists of 5 years in Operations and Management and 8 years in Human Resource specializing in the training and development.
He joined the MAD Academy team after holding positions as a Learning and Development facilitator, a leadership facilitator and Learning and Development Manager at Transaction Capital Recoveries. He is an accredited Skills Development Facilitator accredited by SETA.
He holds a Diploma in ODETDP accredited with the ETDP SETA and currently pursuing his B.com in Human Resource Management. His aspiration is to empower people with knowledge and leave the world better than he has found it.
His mantra is “ Live Full, Die Empty.”
Sibonelo Nzaba
Learning and Development Facilitator & Content developer
Sibonelo (also known as “The Creative”), has over 2 years’ experience in the financial sector having positions from contact centre agent in the debt collection environment and moving into Making A Difference as a Quality Assurance Consultant. In his time at MAD, he then moved to Learning Facilitation as his passion was in imparting learning to those with knowledge and skills gaps.
He always had an eye for creativity. He focuses on developing diverse range of content from leadership, compliance, soft skills, and client specific products to better improve the service offering of our clients and their overall performance. In everything Sibonelo does he believe his core is to encourage his peers to work hard and succeed in every little thing they do.
Tshidi Binda
Learning and Development Facilitator
Tshidi (also known as “The nurturer’) has 8 years’ experience in both the financial sector and learning and development. She started at MAD also as a Quality Assurance Consultant and due to her love for facilitation, move into the learning and development team where she plays her role as a nurturer of learning to all her candidates. Her energy and willingness to help others has transcended into her role as a learning facilitator whose passion is in building, teaching, and helping all to perform to their greatest potential. She understands that “If you believe it will work out, you will see opportunities. If you believe it will not, you will see obstacles.”
Sindisile Kambule
Learning and Development Coordinator
Sindisile (also known as “The Inspirator”) is enthusiastic about what she does, always striving to find new ways to help people grow. Having formal education in administration and accounts is what helps her to excel effectively within the Quality Assurance environment. She always strives to maintain consistency and professionalism in everything she does. Sindisile values personal development and positive contribution to the society through skills and work experience. She genuinely believes one must never forget to “Keep smiling, be positive and never give up!”
