Zolelwa Sizani

Learning and Development Team Leader

My name is Zolelwa Sizani — a dynamic and results-driven Learning and Development Team Leader with over 10 years of experience in customer service, quality assurance, and skills development within the financial services and contact center industries. I began my career in debt collection before transitioning into customer service, where I specialized in complaint resolution, customer retention, and delivering service excellence.

I hold an NQF Level 4 qualification in Contact Centre Operations and am a certified Skills Development Facilitator. I advanced into Quality Assurance, where I was responsible for monitoring script and SOP compliance, as well as managing CallBi analytics. I later transitioned into Learning and Development, where I coordinated training initiatives, learner recruitment, hosting, and operational readiness. I am currently leading a Learning and Development team, committed to empowering youth through targeted development, mentorship, and ongoing learning support.
